1. How to make the sponge, (Vanilla, Chocolate)
2. How to cut without a knife, soaking, layering & covering the sponge with cream
3. The correct way to whip cream
4. How to make dark chocolate & Colour Ganache.
5. Sharp edges n smooth finished surfaces.
6. How to use a nozzle to decorate cake & many more tips, techniques will be taught.
7. Flowers and leaves making practice on cakes
